Voice Lessons with Eve

1. What to Bring

– Make sure to join your lesson from a laptop! Phones and tablets do not work well for virtual lessons.
– Think of a song that you like to sing and come ready to sing it. You can sing it on your own or play it from a device and sing along.
– Bring a notebook to take notes.

2. What We’ll Do

First, we’ll talk a bit about you and your experience with singing. I’ll ask you about what you’re looking to get better at, so think about one or two things! Then we’ll go through a simple warm-up routine that we use at the beginning of most lessons, and finally, you’ll sing your song so I can hear your voice.

3. How it Works

You will receive a Zoom link via email – this is a recurring link and we use the same Zoom link every week.

A note about Zoom: you must download the app to a computer/laptop and access the audio settings. Once there, you should see a setting for “Original Sound for Musicians.” Make sure this is enabled. Without this change, zoom automatically mutes singing & piano as background noise!
